It is very upsetting when your dog's behaviour becomes problematic, embarrassing or a danger to you, other people or to itself.

 

Many problems are due to your dog exhibiting perfectly normal 'doggy behaviour' but in an inappropriate situation, or to excess.

 

E.g.

• Excessive barking

• Dog to dog aggression

• Resource guarding

• Chasing

• Destruction

• Obsessive behaviours

• Fear related behaviours....

    ...... anything that is causing a strain on your relationship with your dog!

 

We take a thorough look at the many elements which may be having an effect on your dog's behaviour and will help you address any issues through understanding, management and training.

 

An initial consultation may take 2-3hrs and it is preferable to have the whole family present. You will receive a full written report and behaviour modification plan (broken down into manageable goals), along with structured WhatApp support.

 

I offer behaviour consultations in liaison with your vet. This is to ensure that your vet is happy there are no obvious medical reasons for your dog's behaviour and to keep him/her in the loop regarding your dog's welfare.

Your vet will also receive regular update reports where applicable.

                                   Initial Behaviour consultation - £150* (2-3 hours)

                     This includes a full written report and structured WhatsApp support for 2 weeks.

                      Additional sessions are £40/hr* (additional £20 for further written reports).
